Data Storage
Your information will be held on servers in the European Economic Area (EEA). We will take steps to protect your information in line with locally applicable data protection requirements. No data is transferred outside the EEA.
Data Retention Period
We retain customer information only as long as necessary to provide the services on our platform. Additionally, we will retain customer information if needed to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Data related to team leaders will be retained for as long as their account remains active. We reserve the right to retain anonymous responses indefinitely for analytical purposes. We store backups of data for up to 30 days to ensure disaster recovery. It's important to note that this backup might contain information users have requested to be deleted. However, after the 30-day window, such data will be permanently erased.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours, as required by GDPR.
Third-Party Services
We do not share your personal information with third parties unless necessary for service operation or required by law.

TILT does not use automated decision-making processes that have legal effects on users.
