TILT Software - Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to TILT, a team performance measurement and improvement software ("Service"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our Service and provide important information about your rights and obligations.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes on this page. Continued use of the Service after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Registration and Account

To use certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activities under your account.

5. Payment and Refunds

Subscription Model: TILT operates on an annual subscription model. Users are charged for the entire year upfront.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew annually. Users are notified in advance of renewal and the associated charge to the email address associated with your account. This reminder will be sent out 30 days in advance of the renewal date, providing you with ample time to review your subscription details and make any necessary changes. To avoid renewal, users must cancel before the renewal date. Please ensure that your contact details are kept up-to-date and check your email settings to make sure notifications from TILT are not being sent to your spam or junk folder.
Refund Policy:
- Full Refund within 30 Days: Users can receive a full refund if they cancel within the first 30 days of purchase or renewal.
- Pro-rated Refund after 30 Days: Canceling after 30 days but before the subscription end date entitles users to a pro-rated refund based on remaining full months.
Cancellation: Users can cancel anytime by sending an email to contact@tilt.tools. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period, after which they will not renew.
Payment Disputes: Users with charge disputes should contact TILT's customer support immediately.
Payment Methods: TILT currently only accepts invoicing.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.

7. Changes to the Service

TILT may update or modify the Service for improvements, and while we aim to minimize disruption, occasional downtime or changes in functionality may occur. We'll strive to notify users of significant changes. Your continued use signifies your acceptance of these changes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on our Service, including software, databases, text, graphics, and icons, are the property of TILT or its licensors. Unauthorized use or distribution of our content is prohibited.
